This is a recently updated three bedroom condo with gorgeous sound views from a private balcony. There are large, flat screen Smart TVs in the living room and 2 bedrooms, as well as luxury beds in all three bedrooms.

There is a short 5 minute walk to Peg Leg Pete's and the beach. The Santa Rosa Dunes dock was destroyed by Hurricane Sally last year, its being repaired now and should be completed by the BLUE ANGEL weekend. Fishing is permitted from the shoreline of the bay located on the property. Guest may also launch kayaks and canoes from the shoreline directly into the bay until dock reopens.
