This is a private guest house. The guest house feels like a separate home with private entry access and a private backyard.
Two units share a wall in the living room, and in the kitchen. There are locked doors in the living room and in the kitchen that will remain locked.
You will have all the cooking essentials in the kitchen cabinet. Some of the kitchen cabinets will remain locked.
You’ll have full access to a private driveway. Additional free street parking is also available.
This is part of my home, and as we share some walls, you will hear footsteps and water running. I typically start my day between 7am to 8am.
