Large eat-in custom kitchen with granite countertops open to the living room with 60 HDTV; within steps to the screen porch. Formal dining room seats 6. Split bedroom floor plan for privacy. Breakfast table has seating for 6. Master bath with double vanity. Two bedrooms with double beds share Jack & Jill bathroom. Finished basement has another bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms with King Bed & two twin beds. Movie room with 60' HDTV. Quiet neighborhood with walking trails and sidewalks. Screen porch overlooking wooded lot; patio below with fire pit, gas & charcoal grills, and swimming pool.
Fire-pit, outdoor couch and TV for an additional hangout spot. In ground, gunite pool added Summer 2021. Pool cannot be heated.
Minutes from Washington Road and I-20.
10 miles to Augusta National. 12 miles to Champions Retreat Golf Club. 3 miles to Bartram Trail Golf Club. 30 minutes to Sage Valley Golf Club.
