Inside this sophisticated and desired gated community, this stylish home w/ vaulted ceilings offers 3 Bedrooms with ensuites, an elegant living area overlooking the mountains, a family room opening to the pool area, a separate dining area w plenty of storage, a comfortable kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances, a giant island + plenty of counter space.
Great separation btw the primary Bedroom on the south wing and the guest bedrooms on the opposite side. The opulent main bedroom offers a huge walk-in closet, vaulted ceilings w/ direct access to the pool area. The oversized backyard is completely private surrounded by mountains and an idyllic garden w/ hummingbirds singing. A covered deck off the kitchen is the right set for al fresco dining or sipping lemoncellos by the pool under the stars.
This corner lot makes it even more private. Parc Andreas is famous for all the hiking trails or great walks in the neighborhood. Or if you feel like playing, the tennis court is just across the house and Indian Canyons Golf Resort is minutes away. This is THE Palm Springs paradise.
