Located on the 3rd floor of the Lasata building, this spacious condo sleeps up to 10 guests and offers a seamless vacation or conference experience for families, friends, or multi-generational groups. Our 6-seater golf cart cost is included in your reservation details as of March 26, 2026.
Note: The Grand Complex Pool will be reserved for a private resort event on April 1, 5, 6, and 7, 2026, and will not be available to guests during those dates. 4 alternative pools remain available, including the Phil Hummel Aquatic Center, Audubon Pool, Bayside Pool, and Beach House Pool. Please let us know in advance if you will be using the other pools so we can secure access bands for you. Wristbands for alternative pools will be provided or can be picked up from the HOA office in Grand Sandestin, M-F 9 am-4 pm. Thank you for your understanding.

Primary guest agrees to digitally sign the host rental agreement, verify ID/age with host, comply with all house rules/local ordinances, and consents to guest background screening. The primary guest's minimum age is 25 years old and must occupy the property during the entire length of stay. Accidental damage protection is provided by host and included in your booking total. Golf cart rental added seasonal cost is included (for bookings made after March 26, 2026) and the guest is required to sign a separate rental agreement, provide a security deposit, and follow all Sandestin and local regulations (very strict). Details provided upon request. On rare occasions, mechanical or other issues beyond our control may render the golf cart unusable. Destin Paradise Rentals (850-332-4298) will address any issues as quickly as possible, but refunds are limited to the unused portion of the golf cart rental fee only.
