It features a spectacular great room with views of the Gulf and spectacular dunes. Two balconies provide outdoor dining / seating space and additional views of the water and sugar white dunes.
Modern eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. All china, glassware, cookware and utensils provided. A convenient work space with desk is adjacent to kitchen and living area.
Every bedroom has a view of the water. The spacious master bedroom with king bed and walk in closet has a spectacular bathroom with over-size tub, separate shower and his/her sinks.
The middle bedroom is perfect for children or another couple. It has a queen bed, double closet, full bath and comfortable sitting area overlooking the dunes.
The third bedroom is great for kids offering double bunk beds, ample closet space, and a full bath with both tub and shower.
All bedrooms have new smart TV's.
Easy access to two swimming pools is just a few steps away. The walk to the beach is just 3 minutes. We supply beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Other amenities include the Dunesider grill (adjacent to swimming pool), a yacht pond and putting green. There is access to the fitness center for a nominal fee. Garage parking and elevator access.
Watersound Beach is located between Seaside and Rosemary Beaches, convenient to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
