Positive: The space was adequate for my family.

Negative: My biggest concern was the lack of safety features. No grab bars in the master shower, slip hazard. The front entrance to the home is extremely unsafe especially for elderly people with balance issues. It's way too uneven. The step downs into the bunk bedroom and laundry very dangerous as there are no support features in place. Could use some upgrades. Didn't like all the animal hair all over the sofa, pillows, bedding. Definitely was a turn off being three of my family members have allergies. Cleaners should vacuum furniture to eliminate this issue. Bedding coverings should be washed between rentals. I'm not an animal person so finding animal hair all over the bedding and sofa was a huge turnoff. Beds way too low.
