This unit is in a highly desirable location, just steps away from the gorgeous deck with a heated pool and BBQ. Large private balcony accessible off of both the master bedroom and living room. The unit features a Bose speaker system and brand new appliances.
The condo is brand new — only two renters have ever occupied this condo since it is only rented once yearly to snowbirds. The building is extremely quiet with wonderful and friendly neighbors. We will consider one small dog, pending a pet application acceptance by the condo association. The unit is currently available beginning April 5th 2024 through Jan 2nd 2025. The minimum lease terms is 3 months.
