Located in such a great area of Blue Mountain Beach! One of the most coveted beach access points with restrooms + lifeguards in season from 10 am - 6 pm is just a couple blocks down the street! It is known for its pristine white sand beach and quiet feel. Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping area there), and another convenient public beach access by Goatfeathers on 30A.

Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSVs/golf carts are not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or past Stinky's restaurant to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart's battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
-We provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. Guests will be held liable for any damages to the LSVs/golf carts.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, hot tub, fire pit, LSVs/golf carts, or other amenities provided to guests.
