Bula! is our 'Home' not a 'Rental Property'. This lovely property is our home from June - November. Located in a quiet neighborhood next to the Palmetto-Pine Golf Course in Cape Coral, this is the perfect place to stay in Southwest Florida.
Fort Myers Beach is back with the opening of Margaritaville in December. Sanibel and Captiva are great for beachcombing and restaurants with a view of the Gulf. Cape Coral has a great nightlife with a large variety of bars, restaurants and lots of shopping. Cape Coral is a day trip away from Naples and Sarasota - so much to do and see.
Our kitchen is made for Cooks! All stainless steel appliances are new in 2022 and include Ninja Air Fryer / Toaster Oven, food processor, popcorn popper, outdoor grill and an ice cream maker.
Bula! House has a whole-house water filtration system, plus each bathroom has a bidet and the Master king bed has an adjustable bed frame.
Our screened in Lanai is perfect for BBQ'ing, relaxing outdoors, and watching your favorite show on our 43" TV.
