Summary: I thought about this as I transferred back north. In general I liked the property, leasing agent was very quick to respond if an issue, and it was very clean. This is a great short term stay but I was there 3 months and that is different the small things add up. The bedroom was a nice size so was the main area. There was even a dinning area. The kitchen was small with all the necessary bits such as a full oven/stove/refrigerator, nice deep sink, and basic counter. There were the usual appliances on the counter toaster/coffee maker. The pans were very basic sauce pan/skillet/and large pan. If your there more than a week, bring a pan to boil water in. The appointments of the kitchen were fine but not for the long term. Okay, the bathroom...in its parts fine. Everything worked. The layout was almost useless. I call it a half bath. There was limited counter space at the sink. Nice medicine cabinet. I do not use makeup or do my hair. It would be irksome for those who do. And two people using that bathroom? Some of the issues build on you when your there long term. I had to purchase items. Like better quality sheets there were other items. The location was fine and most of the neighbors were okay. Yes, parking is available onsite but and here ii comes several of the neighbors have the idea that if no one is parked there it is fair game. They have meetings in the open spots/golf carts/cars/contractor parking. I never sat out on the balcony bc of them.
