Positive: The cocktails & bar staff were nice

Negative: The lift broke during our stay & the hotel wasn't very disability friendly at all. The hotel manager said they has 1 wheelchair available but this was being used by another visitor for the next 10 days & he couldn't offer me an alternative nor a closer room.
