Surrounded by the city's best restaurants (Ruth's Chris, ChartHouse, Vin 909 and many, many others) as well as home to some very famous neighbors it's one of the most desirable locations in town. A short stroll across a quaint drawbridge and your downtown for shopping and USNA. Very spacious home with 4 bedrooms 4 baths, parking for 4 cars and a pool table. Truly a million plus dollar property!
Custom built in 2014 it's one of a kind and spotless. Ideal for two families with 4 full bathrooms and two living areas and a large walkout basement with a pool table . First floor master suite , 3 bedrooms upstairs with a pull out in threefold living room area. Pool table , sofas and full bathroom in walk out basement . Fantastic water views of AYC , USNA , Spa Creek and downtown. We back up to the brand new exclusive South Annapolis Yacht Center where all the mega yachts dock.
The back area leads to a the exclusive South Annapolis Yacht Center that is getting renovated and rebuilt as of March 2019. Construction is finished behind us and further down the peninsula . Great Spa creek water views of The Bridge downtown AYC and USNA
