This home is SOUTH FACING and has a large extended private sun deck with quality sun beds around the pool. There is ample seating to enable all guests to dine outside under the shaded lanai, great for the BBQ!
It is FULLY AIR CONDITIONED, having spacious and well-furnished accommodation to ensure your maximum comfort and relaxation. There are 6 large double bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, including 3 MASTER SUITES. The open plan loft area also has a Queen size sleeper/sofa bed. The home could sleep 12 persons.
There is a flat screen television and a DVD player in the family room and all the master suites have a television too! Digital television, telephone and internet WiFi are available. The games room includes pool table, football table, dart board and sofa!
For your peace of mind the property is fitted with a security alarm system, with direct dial connection to the emergency services, interconnecting smoke detectors, pool alarms, fire extinguishers and emergency lighting at the exit doors and our home is fully licensed for short term rental with the appropriate Florida authorities.
