Pet-friendly and only 8 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. NOTE: Due to the time of year with King Tides and beach erosion, access to the beach may be difficult. The sand has been shoveled and sand bags have been added in a staircase format to assist with the steeper drop down.

A $50 fee will apply if waste is left in the yard. Unattended pets must be crated. Unauthorized animals will result in additional fees. No cats allowed. Unauthorized animals are subject to a $500 fee per animal.
>> $500 or portion thereof for every 4 hrs of unauthorized late checkout.
>> Max occupancy: 6. A $150/person/day, or portion thereof, fee applies for unauthorized guests not registered with the booking or exceeding the occupancy limit.
>> Smoking or vaping in the property is prohibited. A $500 fee applies for smoking and/or order removal due to smoke or otherwise.
>> The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or portion thereof for staff hours) for replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered by damage waiver, stains, bedbug treatment, technical support, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors and extinguishers), failure to return keys/passes/fobs, failure to keep pool gates and doors secured, extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar acts and omissions.
