The layout is thoughtfully designed, offering seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. The ground floor is home to three bedrooms, with the first featuring a spacious en-suite bathroom that can double as a second primary bedroom or a generous guest room. Down the hall, another bedroom and a large bunk room are available, complete with two built-in queen-size bunks and an additional twin bunk.
