Our apartment is close to parks, museums, theatre, water sports, and beaches!
We are just across the causeway (about 1.5 miles) from beautiful beaches. We are located on the Indian River Lagoon which has breathtaking views of the island. boating, and bird life. We have gorgeous sunrises!!. Our apartment is good for sophisticated couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We are not best suited for small children.
Our apartment is furnished with beautiful antiques and terrific art. It is an upscale apartment for the sophisticated traveler. We have two bedrooms with a king and twins and two baths. The spacious terrace is fabulous for viewing all of the activites on the water. There is an elevator.
There is a huge deck for your enjoyment with lounge chairs and table with 4 chairs for dining.
I will be available to help if needed as I live next door to my two guest apartments. They are listed as Penthouse #4 on the River and Penthouse #5 on the Intracoastal Waterway.
This is a lovely walking neighborhood. There are lots of restaurants and shops. It is a street of shops and apartments. We are surrounded by water. We are on the Inland Waterway and have canals around us.
We provide parking for two cars. These are outside spaces.
These apartments are located on a beautiful dead in street in Vero Beach. There is a park at the end of the street with a fountain for children. People come from all over town to walk, ride bikes, and jog on this beautiful street. We have about 8 restaurants on the street and a great fish market.
