With plenty of seating you can find a spot to get comfortable to watch TV on the rainy Florida days. The walls are decorated with unique puzzles framed to accent the room. Dining room has seating for four, close to the kitchen with modern dark blue cabinets. Don’t forget to grab a cup of coffee from the Keurig coffee maker.
Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, and a bright teal & white color scheme that flows through the room and continues into the ensuite bathroom with double sinks, and walk-in shower with glass doors.
Guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed featuring the wonderful blue navy & white color scheme, located next to the guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
On the back side of the home is the lanai, perfect for sitting and sipping your morning cup of coffee or to curl up and read a good book.
Laundry room is located inside the home for easy access. Don’t forget to head to the new up and coming Sawgrass Grove or Brownwood Town Square for live music and happy hour!
