Rental Information: This home requires a minimum 28-day stay per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Primary renter must be 25 years or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to 10 guests, and all guests must be registered with the property manager. No smoking. Well-behaved dogs are considered with manager approval and a $250 nonrefundable fee. Pool heating is available for an additional $500 per month.
