This breathtaking waterfront home is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. It offers privacy, gorgeous water views and amazing sunsets! The 4,000 square foot home is multi-level with 2 master suites, 2 guest bedrooms and 3 and a half baths. Floors are red oak and imported Italian tile with carpeted bedrooms. The great room features high ceilings, a beautiful wood bar, pool table and plenty of seating. The kitchen features custom design European cabinets crafted from 120 year old pine. There is a butcher block work station with sink. There is also an additional island plus seating with granite countertops for a cozier breakfast or lunch. This gourmet kitchen has built in stainless steel appliances, offering a Thermador 6-burner professional gas stove and range hood, Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, microwave and double ovens, and a Asko dishwasher. The laundry room is off the kitchen and features large load capacity washer and dryer.
On the main level there are two bedrooms each with a queen bed, settee, TV and desk area. There is and full jack and jill bathroom located between both bedrooms. Upstairs are two master suites, the main host's a king sleep number bed along with a TV and working/desk area. The second master has 2 queens, a TV, and a private deck with seating for enjoying the water and sunset views.
The outside areas of the property offers great amenities such as a heated pool, loungers, and table and chairs. Umbrellas to help with the sun as well as a new thatched tiki. The tiki has a bar with seating, and an outdoor cooking area. This outdoor kitchen has a built in bar with seating for 8. It also has a stainless gas grill with a work station, 2 small refrigerators, beautiful outdoor lighting, and a TV for your favorite sports games.
There is a concrete dock on this property that is around a 100' so there is plenty of room for multiple boats and/or jet skis. Easy out to the Gulf of Mexico and a short ride to Vaca Cut for Atlantic access. There is water and power at the docks , One stairway entering the water make it great for swimming and snorkeling and launching kayaks. This is a great area for kayaking, and there is a small islands just off shore that is part of this property. Kayak rental is available for delivery and pickup all the information is in the home
The property is fenced and the 2 driveways are gated for privacy. There is plenty of parking for both vehicles and boat trailers. You will love staying at this true Keys Paradise! The recently added new additions of a tiki bar with it's outdoor kitchen will only add to the enjoyment of your stay.
