The house is just a minute's walk to the beach and the neighborhood pool. The footbridge across the lagoon takes you straight to Atlantic Beach Court to cut through to the beach.

The living room offers comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. The expansive screened-in porch overlooks the 18th hole of the Turtle Point golf course.
