Summary: Home is good for having seperate space for couples or family from downstairs and upstairs. Short walk to Sombrero beach and driving distance to grocery stores or restaurants. A few things need attention ie. white plastic furniture outside needs powerwashed, lots of seating and table to enjoy outside view. As everyone else mentioned the slatted doors are not private but not an issue, you can just hear everything 😉 Having beach towels available was nice for the pool. Had issues with the boat we rented with house not available when we arrived but later refunded and we just rented elsewhere and everything was worked out. (previous renter damaged it or maintenance was being done). Getting in and out of canal by boat to house, just stay between the red small bouy markers, (look like crab markers at first) then out between the two wood markers. (Only one side is marked) GO SLOW and stay alert and use gps/simrad etc. Immediate access to ocean.
