Vaulted ceilings lead to the large living room with a glass slider to the screened in pool.
The master bedroom features a king sized bed and wall mounted smart TV with ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Pool Policy: A private pool is available on the property featuring child safety alarms and locks on all pool access entries. Pool heating is offered for an additional fee of $40.00 / per day - minimum of 3 nights. As is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival.
Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 dog. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximum. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog apply. Dog owner accept full responsibility for dog. Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.
No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00
