Welcome to our 4 bedroom, 3 bath luxury villa including a beautiful south facing salt water pool with gas heat (optional) and outdoor entertaining area. Including a large side lot and plenty of tropical vegetation. Perfect Florida living in a safe family neighborhood with parks and stores all within walking distance. *All photos dated 2018* This single story villa features wood floors in the living and dining rooms, tile in the rest of the living areas. The home has been completely updated, newly furnished and tastefully decorated in an elegant, comfortable coastal theme. It is a 1968 sq ft bungalow. The Master bedroom has a walk-in closet, a roman tub (no jets), separate shower and his & her vanities - the ideal retreat. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances including an ice maker & water feature. The extended lanai area is south facing with 2 covered sections and a waterfall. The pool is salt water and is equipped with a gas pool heater for guaranteed heated water (when purchased separately). The lanai includes a dining area with a table & chairs for 6 persons, 4 loungers and a propane BBQ. The yard is fully surrounded by a PVC fence for privacy (this is a rarity!) and notice the lush, tropical vegetation for a truly tropical experience. Located on a quiet, cul-de-sac, just 9 miles from Disney (approx 15 min drive) & within a 20 minute drive to over 18 golf courses. Rooms: living room, dining room, kitchen incl breakfast bar, kitchen nook, family room, split bedrooms: master bedroom with King bed, walk-in closet and full ensuite with his/her vanities, deep soaker tub and separate walk-in shower, 2 bedrooms containing 2 twin beds each that share a full bathroom, 4th bedroom has a queen bed & private bathroom.
