One of the standout features of our home is the abundance of natural light that floods the interior. With the rear of the home and the private pool facing south, and large windows and sliding glass doors oriented in the same direction, this home exudes a warm and welcoming ambiance, allowing you to bask in the Florida sunshine.
Accommodations are designed with your comfort in mind. There are three inviting bedrooms, perfect for families or friends. The primary bedroom (#1) boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, a spacious en-suite bathroom with double vanities, a relaxing soaking tub, and a separate shower. This bedroom also offers direct access to the pool and lanai. The other two bedrooms feature a queen bed and two twin beds each, ensuring ample sleeping space for up to six guests. A second full-sized bathroom conveniently serves bedrooms #2 and #3.
The open concept living spaces provide various dining options, including a cozy kitchen nook, a formal dining area, and outdoor dining on the lanai. In addition to the dining spaces, you'll find a living room and a family room.
