Three miles from Recreation Center with lap pool, complete gym and classes. Two miles to cross into Captiva. Quite and beautiful setting to relax and have fun and observe birds and nature. Beautiful scenery around the house. Fifteen minute walk or 2 minute drive to the closest beach, Bowmans Beach, cited as one of the best beaches in the world. With all the amenities needed at a beach, they have a shower, bathrooms, play area and workout trail.
