The community pool is open April - October (exact dates vary depending on the weather) and the fishing dock is accessible year-round. Please note the HOA does not permit boats in the complex, or use of the dock for boating purposes. There is an electric grill at the property for you to use.
The building is elevated, so entry is via stairs (No elevators available).
EV Charger: Please don't share the charger with anyone staying elsewhere or visiting from another property. First-come, first-served; one vehicle at a time.
