This vacation home is located in Oakley, a neighborhood in Asheville. Galilean Fisherman Free School and Historic Biltmore Village are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Blue Ridge Parkway Asheville Entrance and Blue Ridge National Heritage Area. Asheville's Fun Depot and Western North Carolina Nature Center are also worth visiting. Single level home in Asheville with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms and hot tub located less than 3 minutes to the Biltmore Estate and about 7 minutes to downtown Asheville, this space is great for small groups and families who are visiting Asheville. The home has updated bathrooms and vaulted ceilings and is deceptively large from the outside appearance. The street has some traffic throughout the day and there are neighbors on all sides of the property. This is an urban retreat.

We prefer to not rent to smokers. Well behaved dogs can be approved with a pet fee paid after you book through airbnb. This is a cute home with some quirks and guests will book for the convenient location. We have supplemental window unit air conditioners in the summer months.

A hot tub is located on the side deck. Other airbnbs and neighbors are around also. This is not a shared space.
Check in is at 4. We do allow early luggage drop off but we usually can’t guarantee it will be clean until 4 o’clock.

Please read through the entire manual for helpful tips and information. We also have some great recommendations for around town.

HOT TUB - Please shower with soap and water before using the tub. This is for your protection and to help keep the water clean. Please leave the “floaty thing” in the tub if it has one. More detailed hot tub instructions are at the end of this manual.

Dishes, towels, sheets, garbage - Please wash the dishes if you use them. We charge extra if we have to do your dishes. Hang up wet towels. Do not use towels to remove makeup. Please bag up all garbage before you leave including inside and outside garbage. We ask that you don’t smoke, but if you do please do so outside and do not dispose of cigarette butts on the ground. Throw them away.

We will deduct an extra fee from your deposit if we have to.

Please help us make sure your security deposit is returned.

No Glitter Policy - If you bring glitter into the house we charge a 1000 dollar glitter mitigation fee.

CHECKOUT IS AT 10AM-If you are here past 10am checkout without permission we will have to charge you for an extra day.

KEYS/CHECK IN - Check in any time after 4pm. Please leave the keys in the lockbox when not using them. We charge a 200 dollar re-key fee for lost keys. The code on the lockbox is 7798.

PLEASE TREAT OUR HOUSE AS IF IT WERE YOUR OWN.

If you rearrange items in the house please leave it like you found it, including taking out and bagging up garbage in and around the house.

If you break something please let me know immediately.

We understand that accidents happen, we just want to be informed. Missing items and items damaged through negligence/abuse will be paid for the by the guests from the security deposit.

Pets - Well behaved house trained pets are welcome. Please take extra care to clean up messes including hair. Buncombe County and Asheville has a strict “Animal at large” ordinance. Please keep your pets on leash when outside.

Noise - We hope you have fun while visiting Asheville. Please have fun and be respectful of other guests and neighbors.

Checking Out is at 10am.

If you need a late check out we cannot always accommodate that. We ask that you ask the night before to see if we can accommodate a late check out. If you stay past check out we will be forced to charge you for another day.

When leaving please just make sure that no dirty dishes are left in the sink.

Pile all used towels in the bathroom floor

Don’t worry about stripping the sheets we will take care of that!
