Located less than 10 min from the buzz of the Las Vegas strip, McCarren Airport and the home of the Las Vegas Raiders! Plenty of shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Uber/Lyft is available 24/7 with very reasonable rates to all of the Las Vegas action.
From the crystal-clear pool and spa to the incredible 3,400 sq ft home this is your vacation destination.
A spacious kitchen is complete with appliances and cookware, laundry room, 2 separate living areas, and a game room with poker table, bumper pool and foosball. There’s even a casino video poker machines! (not for money just for fun ) The enormous living room and plenty of room to spread out in the large upper loft. Super-fast Wi-Fi.
Swimming in our resort style pool. or sitting on the Baja shelf with a cold beverage is the ultimate fun in the sun. The spa is heated to an enjoyable 102 from 6 to 10 nightly *POOL IS NOT HEATED*Please inquire for additional charge for pool to be heated.(Out of respect for our neighbors the spa will shut off at 10 pm. ) Sit back and enjoy our incredible patio, equipped with a 5-burner grill and table seating for 6, patio sofa, 2 gliding swivel chairs and fire table

We invite you to enjoy our fabulous home, we also request you treat our home and our neighbors with respect. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT A PARTY HOUSE*! Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Loud music and or large parties or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. Any violation of this will be cause for immediate eviction and or lose of damage deposit. Pets are not allowed and all deposits will be lost if violated.
