Summary:
This AMAZING home is renovated throughout with all the modern amenities, but still exemplifies the historic charm of 118 year old Victorian Villa. The Historic Plaque and Seal granted by the city of Mobile says it all! Plenty of parking in back with a great front porch to hand out on during all seasons. This house was made to gather in with a centrally located dining room and a huge living room that can fit the entire family.
The Space:
As you pull into our home that we are so/ proud of here in Mobile, please park in the back. The entire back yard is parkable! You will enter through the back door (past the charcoal grill) via a digital lock pad. This will take you into the central room of the house that we have set up as a dining room to enhance the beauty of the ULTRA high ceilings and make your central hang out spot for your stay! To your right you will find the kitchen that has the washer and dryer retro fit into it (they did not come standard in homes built in 1903!), a full bathroom with an authentic claw foot tub, and a queen bedroom. Back out into the central room, but to the left you will find the master bedroom that has two full beds and an en-suite bathroom. The front left of the house is the King size bedroom with floor to ceiling windows and the front right, complete with beautiful bay windows is the living room that has 2 sofa beds, and TV in it complete with a Roku for all your streaming needs!

The driveway is shared, so please be considerate of our neighbors egress when parking your cars. Be careful when pulling up the driveway, it is very steep.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
