This family-style home has new stainless-steel appliances, a well-stocked kitchen with all the essentials and comforts, a playroom with games, and high-speed internet/Wi-Fi to stream your favorite shows on the 70” and 55” smart TVs. Cozy up to the electric fireplace to watch a movie, the big game or just lounge by the covered solar heated pool overlooking a small, tranquil lake. The lanai has a retractable awning for shade on sunny days but can illuminate your dinner party while you grill the perfect meal. Per the HOA where this home is located, they require all guests to fill the garage space first. The door must close. Any additional vehicles can park in the driveway. They must obtain an orange sticker to place in the window.
Just off the pool, there's a sitting area in the owner's Seahorse bedroom to read, nap or enjoy the smart TV. You will love the plush king bed, lots of storage, plus a huge walk-in closet. For your peace of mind and safety, outside cameras are located at the front door, over the garage door/driveway and the private side garage entry. There are no other cameras to ensure our guests' privacy. There is a fire extinguisher in the pantry, smoke detectors in all bedrooms and main areas plus a first aid kit in the laundry room complete with large sink and commercial-grade washer and dryer.
Use the keypad to access the 2-car garage before any driveway parking and no street parking is available or allowed.
