The first door you'll encounter leads to a convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as a full bathroom, perfect for cleaning up after a day at the beach.
Inside the main home, you're greeted by a beautiful open-concept living space with soaring vaulted ceilings, coastal-inspired décor, and plenty of natural light. The living room is furnished with all-new pieces, including three sleeper sofas, all designed for relaxing after a fun day of sun and sand. The flat-screen TV is perfect for movie nights, and the living room flows seamlessly into the updated kitchen. Equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, the fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and snacks. The kitchen island offers seating for four, and the adjacent dining area comfortably seats six, with a sliding glass door opening directly onto the large deck.
Down the hallway, you'll find two beautifully decorated queen bedrooms with ample storage space. The shared hall bathroom features dual mirrors, a spacious countertop, and a walk-in tiled shower, beautifully designed with both style and function in mind.
Upstairs, you'll find a cozy loft lounge area with two cozy chairs, books, and a small Connect Four game. It's the perfect spot for kids!
