This 3 bedroom, 2 bath beautifully decorated half duplex is clean as a whistle and located in amazing Key Colony Beach. It is conveniently located on 10th St just a short walk to Sunset Park on 12th St. , the Par 3 , 9 hole golf course and pickleball courts on 8th St. , and Havana Jack's ocean front bar and restaurant on Ocean Dr. near 5th St. Enjoy the tropical atmosphere hereno need to go to the Caribbean!
You'll enjoy the tropical setting sitting under the Tiki by the edge of the heated/chilled waterfall pool and oversized dock. After a day of fishing , pull your boat up to the 37 ft dock with a fish cleaning station. The underwater fish light in the canal will give you enjoyable evenings watching various fish and marine life- such as manatees, rays and jellyfish in the canal. You'll enjoy quick access to both the Gulf and the Atlantic from the dock. In the garage (used for storage only), you'll find plenty of storage for all your fishing gear as well as a bait freezer . There is room to park 3 cars plus a boat trailer in the driveway. Optional trailer parking available through Key Colony Beach City Hall for $100. Per week. The City only permits the parking of one trailer or RV in the driveway -but not both.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, pantry and breakfast bar that seats 4. The dining room table comfortably seats 8. The master bedroom features a king bed with an en suite bathroom with double sinks and shower/tub combo. The first guest bedroom has a queen and a twin bed , while the 2nd guest bedroom has a king bed. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo. There are Smart TVs throughout guests can log into their own streaming services. Amenities include Smart TV's and WI-FI for streaming (no hard cable), private heated/chilled waterfall pool with seating, Tiki Hut with fan, gas grill, patio table and chairs, lounge chairs, linens and towels provided and boat dockage which is limited to one boat or jet ski not to exceed 37 ft (including engine and pulpit).
THIS IS A HYPOALLERGENIC HOME PERFECT FOR PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIES!! This property is NOT PET FRIENDLY -no pets allowed on property. It is also a SMOKE FREE home both INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. Failure to adhere to either policy will result in a $500 fine and you will be asked to vacate without a refund.
