The bathroom on the second floor serves both bedrooms, adding convenience and privacy to the upper level. The shared bath is also a tub shower. This setup makes the second floor an ideal space for families or groups seeking comfort and flexibility.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest.
