Available for 5 nights/6 days, monthly or multi-month getaways - it sleeps 3 total, 2 in the bedroom (queen bed) and 1 on a queen sleeper sofa in in the living room.
Unit gutted and remodeled in summer 2019 with new HVAC system also installed. . Includes amenities like a full kitchen, free in unit WIFI, cable TV, DVD player, phone (free US calls), and heated complex pool. Plantation shutters to be installed on all windows in early October.
Gulf Winds Resort - Best Location on St. Pete Beach! Fully furnished, one bedroom, one bath beach condo. Very well-reviewed - available for three night up to multi-month getaways. This ocean/beach view condo is on St. Pete Beach, just a few steps (1/2 a block) from a beautiful white-sandy beach with clear, turquoise water. It is professionally managed, so someone is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist.
You will feel at home in my unit with its full kitchen and layout. It is very close to many attractions including water sports, fishing, theme parks, casino cruises, and museums. The heated swimming pool stays warm year round and has a view of the ocean. This location offers privacy and amenities not found anywhere else.
The condo has new Pergo throughout the kitchen, living, bedroom and closet with marble tile in the bathroom. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, plus a brand new sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo contains amenities including a HD TV with cable, DVD player, high speed wireless internet, phone (free US calls), brand new central air conditioning, complete kitchen, and linens/towels. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or anywhere on the resort grounds.
Free parking for one vehicle is included.
Location and convenience are key when you choose your vacation destination. The condo is only 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport (TPA) and 20 minutes from St. Pete/Clearwater Airport (PIE). Orlando is less than 90 minutes away where you will find all the Disney World entertainment (Disney, Epcot Center), MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World and many more attractions. Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is only 30 minutes away - where the rugged beauty of the Serengeti meets out-of-this-world rides and exotic animals.
The condo is 10 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg and 25 minutes from downtown Tampa. Do you enjoy watching sports? We have professional baseball, football, soccer, and hockey within 25 minutes and spring training baseball only 10 minutes away.
You will find some of the best fishing and golf courses in Florida and restaurants in the area are some of the finest you will find anywhere. You can walk just a couple of blocks to many restaurants, shops, and all sorts of entertainment. Or you may just want to hang out and not go anywhere else, as you are at the #1 ranked beach in the country.
Start your day with a relaxing walk on the beach, and end your day watching the most beautiful sunsets you have ever seen.
Gulf Winds has the best location in St. Pete Beach. There are several restaurants, beach bars, convenience stores, beach retail stores and ice cream parlors all within 1-10 minute walk. The condo is located at Upham Beach which provides showers, beach rentals, breakfast/lunch grill and beach volley ball. Gulf Winds is by far the best value and location in St. Pete Beach.
Condo includes what you will need to enjoy the beach such as new beach chairs and a beach umbrella. If you break or lose an item, please replace it before you depart. Please return the items sand-free (extra cleaning charges will apply if not).
1 queen bed. 2 guests may sleep in this queen bed. One additional guests may sleep on the new sleeper sofa in the living room.
Free parking for one car. This unit is on the second floor, with no elevator. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, pans, etc.
Bath towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided. You can walk up to Wings to purchase beach towels.
I request one full payment in advance of your stay.
Your reservation is not final until payment is made and processed.
I provide a number of items that guests may use during their stay - beach umbrellas, chairs, etc. Any items that are lost or broken should be replaced before you check-out. Failure to replace items will result in additional charges.
Cancellation Policy

In the event that a guest cancels a reservation, or the owners or management company have to cancel the arrangements due to non-payment of the balance due within the time allowed, cancellation charges will be made as follows:
* More than 8 weeks before arrival date: $50.00 USD cancellation fee.
* Between 4 and 8 weeks before arrival date: 50% of rental amount
* Less than 4 weeks before arrival date: 100% of rental amount.
At my discretion, I can sometimes be flexible with the cancellation policy. Happy guests = return guests and good reviews.
Please note on top of the room rate there is included an additional 7% Florida State Sales Tax which is included in the rate.
