Summary: Superb communication from owner and a nice house layout. But there were three things about the property that were quite tricky. The first is the driveway. Our car bottomed out on it twice. An SUV should be able to clear the significant bumps, but we were in a sedan. Be very very careful. I would not recommend parking at the bottom of the driveway and walking up it either. The second thing is that the home overlooks a very very busy highway. We were surprised at how loud it was at all times of the day. After a lovely hike on our last day we sat on the deck with a drink but could barely hear one another speak. Finally, there was the train. It's true that the property description lists that there is a train close by, but frankly I overlooked that. On our first night, a train came by around 11:30 pm that shook the house as the tracks are about 10 yards behind the house. The there were trains for the rest of the weekend some louder some quieter.
