Elegant oceanside house on a gorgeous ocean front property in upscale North Topsail, just a short driving distance from Surf City and Sneads Ferry. This is one of the most exclusive and serene locations on the island. It is part of a private luxury community that is not open to public access.
This particular unit is an end unit, and a taller high rise which gives you breathtaking ocean and intercoastal waterway views. This home locations is considered “Oceanfront B” which means it sits on an oceanfront property (with no roads to cross) and behind another smaller home. It is part of a small, upscale, intimate community that will make it easy for children, teens, and adults to meet other families, and make friendships that can last a lifetime.
With no public parking, the beach is secluded and quiet, giving you and your family excellent beach access. The beach access and community pool access are directly in front of this home. The white sandy beach is very clean, and offers plenty of space for you and your family to spread out and relax by the sea. The home has 6 decks and you will find breathtaking beach views from both the front and back decks. This allows you to experience amazing views of both the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the sound. (See photos) You can actually see the waves from the living area, and from the kitchen while eating or cooking, or while enjoying an evening in the hot-tub on the top balcony. You can even see the sun rise over the ocean while lying in your comfortable oceanfront bedroom.
Not only is this home furnished for supreme comfort, it is spacious and is decorated to make you feel completely at ease and relaxed from the moment you walk in. Everything is intended to make it a home away from home. The high-top resin deck chairs make sitting on the deck like sitting on a cruise ship and the views are just what you need to relax and unwind. A centralized elevator makes it easy for guests to manage luggage and groceries or move from one floor to the next.
The property has an enormous, oceanfront community pool reserved for community members only, and sits on a private and secluded section of North Topsail Beach. The home has its own private parking and beach access (no streets to cross of course, because you are on an oceanfront lot already). Ample parking space will allow you and your guests to park comfortably, easily accommodating 6 or more cars in the driveway. You just couldn't find a better location.
This home was built in 2020, originally as the private residence of the builder. The builder is known for his solid quality construction. The home features top-of-the-line appliances, furniture, and stunning upgraded accents and trim. It is tastefully decorated and features quality fixtures and flooring. There is a well-appointed kitchen and comfortable furniture throughout the home. You will be amazed at the quality of the granite and tilework (many upgrades that are definitely not typical in a rental home!).
The home has wireless internet (with commercial router), 7 flat screen TVs, including one personal television per bedroom, and a Blu-ray DVD in the main living area. Two home office set-ups are provided in the two large oceanfront master bedrooms. Each has a computer desk, large (27 to 34 inch) computer monitors and a comfortable office chair provided for the convenience of remote workers and digital learners. Sleeping accommodations include 3 king beds, 2 queen beds, and custom-built Twin XL over Queen bunk bed.
Topsail is a great place for families and fun. Enjoy quiet relaxation of the ocean breeze, watching the surf from the comfy high-top resin deck chairs or a moonlit walk on the beach. You can visit one of several the local golf courses for a quick round of golf, or the nearby marina for watersport rentals, or charter a deep-sea fishing expedition.
The home has a private access to the beach steps from your front door. This access is for villas drive rentals only. Enjoy watching the children play on the beach right from your deck or fish off the beaches right in front of your home. This property is also walking distance from the North Topsail Fishing Pier where you can fish for Spanish Mackerel, Spot, Blues, or many more. This pier is also a great place for an evening stroll with an incredible view or even a quick dinner at Seaview Pier Restaurant. There is also oceanfront dining within walking distance at “Splash by the Sea” at Villa Capriati (next door).
Enjoy walking for literally miles on clean white beaches looking for prehistoric sharks teeth (Topsail is one of the few areas on the east coast where they are easily found) or gather shells or 'sea beans' (small polished pebbles) for your collection. Visit the famous Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center here in Surf City (one of the only hospitals of its kind on the East Coast) or stop at one of our local shops and pick up some fresh homemade fudge, pies or seafood.

Note due to heavily enforced HOA requirements, no pets are allowed in the home or on the property. HOA also does not permit Recreational Vehicles of any kind to be parked on the property. Also note that for security reasons, the home does have an outdoor ring doorbell camera on the front door (as has become typical for seasonal vacation rentals). There are no other cameras in the home, on the decks or anywhere on the premises.
