Beautifully landscaped gardens running along our multi-level granite masterpiece. Warmth fills your heart as you enter the villa to find custom mahogany throughout the 1st floor grand room. 4 Bedrooms to accommodate everyone on the higher floors. Entertain outdoors in our common area or enjoy our 2 living areas indoors. Maybe hide away in our hidden man cave?
4000 sq. FT of magical living! First floor is a grand room without walls that includes a chefs kitchen with all that is needed to cook & serve meal in formal granite dining area. A living area with fireplace and 50 inch television. There is also a sunroom filled with warmth perfect for relaxing and reading a book. 1st floor contains a powder room so guests never have to use the stairs.
The basement is great for entertaining, watching television enjoying the ping-pong table, or poker table with fellow guests. The sofa is also a pull out bed. Powder room is included for guests needs.
Master suite on second level has a queen size bed and access to balcony. Mast bathroom has a stand up shower filled with body sprays, and a jacuzzi. A television is located on the wall in this room.
