Positive: Lovely space, lots of windows and nice light. Beautiful Burns Park neighborhood. I never saw or interacted with the hosts or any other humans. Was sent a password code to get access to my stairwell, and a parking pass was waiting for me on the table in my room. All worked well.

Negative: I'm unlikely to stay here again and here's why. The allowed check in time was later than usual combined with a check out time that was earlier than usual (10 AM). The bot that was managing this booking then offered to sell me "extra time at the rate of $25 per hour." This struck me as irksomely rapacious, and resulted in scrapping my plans for a nice neighborhood breakfast on the departure morning. Make sure you are aware of the check in/check out times before booking!
