This 3-story home on the south side of 30A is excellent for entertaining family or friends. As you enter the first floor, you will find one guest bedroom with two queen beds, a private bath, and French door access to the outside walkway.
With an open-concept floor plan on the second floor—the heart of the home—the living, dining, and kitchen areas blend seamlessly for accessible communication. Enjoy the views from the large picture windows as you lounge on the two linen sofas and two armchairs in the living room.
