The space is modern and well designed for your comfort. You and your guests will enjoy a beautiful home that has been decorated with an elegant and refined touch. Beds and linens are brand new and they are delightful. In addition, the living rooms and exterior areas have Bose speakers or surround sound system installed, and available for your enjoyment.
Unwind in our luxurious mattresses and be ready to enjoy the pool and outdoor area the next day.

You will have peaceful night sleep at our property. We have hurricane impact windows installed that, in a safe residential area, away from any noise that would prevent you from sleeping well. The home is only minutes away from Dolphin Mall, Tamiami Park, Tropical Park, International Mall, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Calle 8 and Wynwood. If you have any questions about any areas in Miami please ask us and we will be happy to help.
The best way to get around the neighborhood and Miami is with a car, but Uber is reliable enough to move around. You can walk, ride a bike, take a car, an uber or bus. For those guests that have a vehicle up to 6 vehicles can park comfortably in the driveway.
The property is only a few blocks away from FIU, Turnpike, Tamiami Park. From Miami International Airport we are approximately 10 to 15 minutes away headed west. For those looking to visit Miami Beach, Brickell or Downtown, you can arrive in roughly 15-20 minutes. Finally for those guests that request early check-in or late check-out, please write to us to confirm availability. We look forward to hosting for you!
In our effort to improve your exerperience, we will be temporaly lowering our price. There will be pool construction done and the pool side "Serenity" STARTING MID JULY until MID AUGUST and will have no usuable or partially useable back yard. There is a large screened in porch in the pictures. The "Grove" side yard will be available for your enjoyment along with its jacuzzi/spa. For this reason we are temporarily lower our prices but continue to offer the same service you would expect.
1. Please do no smoke inside of the property. If you smoke, please smoke outside.
2. Please do not throw away personal toiletries in toilet. You will be charged for anything flushed in the toilet thats not intended for normal use.
3. No parties or events are allowed. Your reservation will be cancelled immediately without any refunds if this rule is not followed. As per Airbnb Community Disturbance Policies, please consider the points below.
