This house is family-friendly in a quiet, safe neighborhood and includes quick WiFi, off street parking with a garage, a beachy front porch to sit in, and a large fenced-in backyard that has a grill and patio. LIVING ROOM: Large, open floor plan with a spacious sectional (mattress underneath to convert to queen bed), a comfortable sitting chair, rolling ottomon, large 55 inch Roku tv, floor and ceiling light/fan, and desk space to get office work done. This room can be bright and sunny, or close the blinds and curtains for a quiet, relaxing vibe.
DINING ROOM: Formal, stylish dining room table that seats 6, comfortable chairs, backyard view, ceiling light, and a wine cabinet with board games and books stored inside.
KITCHEN: Full-sized kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, breakfast table with two stools for extra space, stainless steel appliances, electric oven, microwave, toaster oven, fridge/freezer with water dispenser and ice maker, dish washer, garbage disposal, 2 compartment sink, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, drink blender, and plenty of utensils/pots/pana for cooking.
BEDROOMS: Each bedroom, identical in size, has a queen-sized bed with a firm mattress, spacious closet space with shelves and hangers, nightstands on each side of the bed with reading lamps, ceiling light/fan, 43 inch Roku tv, large dresser with 6 drawers, full-sozed mirrors, and room darkening blinds. There is an iron and iron board hanging in one of the bedroom closets.
BATHROOM: Full-sized tub/shower, large mirror, privacy window, and drawer/cabinet space in vanity.
OUTDOOR PATIO: Quiet, large deck space with comfortable sitting sofa under roofed area with string lights, and 2 adirondack beach style chairs.
BACKYARD: Big, fenced-in backyard with four outdoor chairs for fire pit, outdoor grill, trees providing plenty of shade and lot of running room for children to play.
GARAGE: Clean and oraganized where beach supplies are kept (chairs, umbrella, wagon and toys), bikes are available, complimentary washer and dryer, extra cleaning supplies and room to park your car. Outside the garage is an outdoor shower and hose to rinse beach sand off.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the property.
PETS: Pets are not allowed.
PARTIES/EVENTS: Parties are not allowed at any time, neither is hosting events. This is a quiet neighborhood. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep the noise levels down between the hours of 10pm-7am. No loud music.
SECURITY CAMERA: A security camera is located near the front door for security and safety purposes. This cameras is not intended to watch any guests’ stay and will only be reviewed if an issue arrises. Guest privacy is an important concern and will be respected. No cameras are located inside.
