This cute, newly listed beach themed three bedroom two bath home has a an inground pool and is within walking distance to the beach, drug store, river and many good restaurants.
The paver driveway leads up to a cozy screened and glassed in front porch.
The family room has a large Smart TV (Netflix and Paramount Plus) and a large collection of fishing rods and reels—on the ceiling.
The 3 Bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins/trundle) are cozy, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and sports a large, unique copper sink and handy Island.
The backyard pool area has its own fire pit, seating and outdoor cooking area complete with a green egg grill. Guests are allowed to smoke outside.
