Come enjoy the sunshine in our pool home, our beaches are a little hidden gem in Florida, with a true "old Florida" feel. Walk 4 blocks to Flagler Avenue, enjoy shopping, dining, or a delicious meal. The home is a 2 bed and 2 full bath, the backyard is private fenced in where you can relax, swim or Jacuzzi, read, soak up some sun, or enjoy grilling out. Beach Block and less than a 1 minute walk to 30 second drive to Crawford on ramp.

Our beaches are one of the best in Florida, drive our car right on to the beach. Our sand is fine and packed making it easy for all ages to enjoy a bike ride to the inlet or to quaint downtown Flagler Avenue. Great views to watch SpaceX or NASA rocket launch on beach or backyard!

New Smyrna is approximately 1 hour east of Orlando, where you can enjoy theme parks, dining and shopping. We are 20 minutes from Daytona Beach and the Daytona Speedway. Summary: My husband and I have been enjoying NSB for several years and our 2020 stay has been awesome despite the pandemic. The house was exactly what we were looking for. Comfortable, fully equipped and in the perfect location.
